ReplyDeleteActually, "maid rite" is the name of a sandwich (in Iowa, anyway)similar to what we usually call Sloppy Joe.

Just looked it up. Ah, the good old loose meat sandwich. I remember on "Roseanne" they made those and I thought they sounded pretty darned good.
