For Sale: Ghost Town

(James M. Surprenant recently spent some time in Johnsonville, the long-abandoned former village in East Haddam, Connecticut, that one former owner hoped would become a tourist attraction. Purchased at auction in October 2014 for $1.9 million, the village was put back on the market last year after financing fell through.
